Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to have something engraved?
We request a minimum lead time of 1 week up to 4 weeks, depending on the time of year. Engraving time is also dependent on the size and number of pieces needed.
Can you engrave an item with my photos?
Yes, we can customize items and use photos provided by clients, but we cannot engrave images that are subject to copyright (i.e. logos that are not owned by the client, etc)
Can you engrave on materials that I already have?
Yes, we can engrave on customers' personal pieces, but a liability form must be signed before any engraving is done on the material.
Can you engrave on metal?
We can engrave on some metals but not all metals. Please contact us with the specific type of metal you are looking to have engraved, and we can let you know if it is possible.
Do you ship?
Yes, we are able to ship custom orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. For local orders, we can make arrangements to pick up/drop off your items.

What payment methods do you accept?
Heartland Custom Engraving accepts cash, cashier's checks, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal.
